Products and Handmade Nature
All our products are handmade or cut using a cutting or printing machine and may vary slightly from images shown on the website. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and photography, slight differences in colour, size, or design are part of the unique nature of handmade items.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment must be made at the time of order through our secure checkout system. We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe (coming soon).
Delivery

Returns and Cancellations
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers in the UK have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods.
However, custom or personalised handmade items are exempt from this right unless faulty. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at lois@lb-designs-handmade.com within 14 days of delivery.
