We take pride in creating and carefully packaging each handmade item so that it reaches you in perfect condition.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver orders placed through our website.
Processing Times
All of our items that are handmade to order are aimed to be dispatched within two working days of receiving payment.
During busy periods (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mothers Day), processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
If you need an order urgently, please contact us before purchasing and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use Royal Mail for all deliveries. At checkout, you can choose from the following options (depending on your order size and destination):
UK Shipping Options
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - Estimated delivery in 2-3 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail 1st Class - Estimated delivery in 1-2 working days after dispatch/
- Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 - with tracking and delivery confirmation
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - Next working day delivery (for urgent orders)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method. We occasionally offer free delivery promotions - these will be clearly stated on the website when available. Prices are based on Royal Mail costs +20p for packaging costs.
International Shipping
At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom but are working on getting this setup. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us directly and we'll let you know if we can arrange this.
Order Packaging
Each handmade item is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. We use recyclable or eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
Delays and Lost Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Royal Mail. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas or for severe weather disruptions.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details re entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care when packing your order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Click & Collect
We currently offer local collection from Basildon and surrounding areas. Please select local pickup at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.
